Shipping Policy

  1. We ship all items via UPS standard ground service for most of our orders, please see map below for estimated days in transit.
  2. We reserve the right to ship via an alternate carrier if we deem it necessary to provide better freight rates.
  3. If orders are in stock they normally ship within 1 to 2 business days of order placement. Some order may take longer depending on size and our current inventory.


Shipping Claims Policy

  1. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must notify us within 10 days of receipt delivery and MUST SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS. Failure to do so could result in denial of a claim by the shipping company.
  2. We will file all claim paperwork for lost/damaged items. Buyer must make item available for inspection and transport by the shipping company upon request.
  3. We will send a REPLACEMENT item or issue a FULL REFUND. For non-stocked items or custom items it may take some time to get a replacement to you.
  4. All items packaged by Kurt Lee Products are guaranteed to be packaged within the shipping company's guidelines. If a claim for damage is denied due to reasons other than packaging, you will be charged for the replacement item plus applicable shipping costs.

Returns and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanges may be made for any reason within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns after 5 days of delivery will be made in our sole discretion. Items will be subject to an 18% restocking fee.
  2. To exchange a product, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to receive an RA#. The buyer must write the RA# on the box(es). Items without an RA# as will be REJECTED.
  3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item to us. The item must be returned in the same condition that it left us. If the item is lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment, buyer is responsible for filing all shipping claims with the shipping company and no exchange by us will be made.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will verify the condition of the items. If the item is not able to be verified, the buyer will be responsible for having the item collected from our facility at their expense within 10 days of notification. If not collected within that period, the item will be disposed of at our discretion.
  5. Immediately or as soon as possible, we will ship (at your expense) the requested replacement.
  6. The exchanged item will have the same refund warranty as stated below in the REFUNDS section.

REFUNDS

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will REFUND the purchase price of the item minus an 18% restocking fee.
  2. To receive the refund, the item must be returned to us within 5 days of the delivery date of the item!
  3. To receive a refund, the buyer is responsible for contacting us to receive an RA#. The buyer must write the RA# on the box(es). Items without an RA# will be REJECTED.
  4. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. The item must be returned in the same condition that it left our facility.
